PAIR OF SCARCE ORIGINAL VIETNAM WAR ERA US ARMY SERGEANT E-5 CHEVRONS. THESE ARE NOT COPIES OR REPRODUCTIONS - THEY ARE ORIGINAL AND DATE FROM THE 1960s. EXCELLENT UNUSED CONDITION, FULL SIZE EACH MEASURING 3 1/8 INCHES ACROSS, BLACK EMBROIDERED ON GREEN. THIS TYPE OF U.S. ARMY ISSUE SUBDUED CHEVRONS WERE AUTHORIZED FOR USE IN THE LATE 1960s ON COMBAT JUNGLE FATIGUES IN PLACE OF THE YELLOW & GREEN CHEVRONS.
