This sale is for a 1943 Third War Loan US Treasury Dept. Citation Certificate. The certificate came from a very clean, smoke free estate sale. It is in excellent condition with paper yellowing consistent with age. The upper right corner has a bend and there is a crease across the paper. It is clean and odor free.
