Luke A.F.B. 1954-3600th Flying Training Wing-Korean War

For your consideration is a vintage Luke A.F.B. 1954 - Korean War Era - 3600th Flying Training Wing (Fighter) Book - The Thunderbirds.  The Luke Training Mission - Combat Training, Close Support, Tactics, Air Defense, Gunnery, and Ground Training.   Activated in 1941, Luke Field became the largest Single-engine Fighter Training School in the United States Army Air Corps during WW2.  Advanced training in the AT-6, P-40, P-38, and F-51.  Home to the Gila Bend Gunnery Range.  Reactivated in 1951, due to the hostilities of Korea - Fighter Bomber/Escort combat Training for the F-84, C Thunderjet, F-84 G, and F-84 F.  Photos of all activiities - AACS and Weather, Aircraft Maintence, Supply, Transport, Air Base Group, Air Installations, Food Service, Recreation, USAF Hospital.  Please see pictures before bidding.  From an Estate Sale, sold as is in good condition.
