The hard covered book is 447 pages and measures 7-3/8” X 9-3/8”. Covers are spotted, dingy and soiled. There is an occasional tiny hole in the surface fabric as well as occasional edge wear, including bent corner tips. The first free end paper has been torn out. Binding has a wobble and a crack in back. Back cover is slightly loose. Contents have some edge yellowing but are generally clean. An occasional corner tip has a fold.
